Why should I have an elevator consultant perform my NYC required Mandated Inspection, (aka Local Law 10/81)?
When your elevator contractor performs this inspection, they are essentially inspecting their own work. An objective third party will ensure that your elevators are running safely and up to Code. We will make you and your contractor aware of any possible violations at the time of inspection before the NYC Department of Buildings does.
