However, sometimes a business owner may offer cash discounts or have cheaper, wholesale cash pricing. Even so, consider that you are really buying BizX products and services for your cost of goods, or variable costs — which are usually still less expensive than the cost of cash, even at a discount. Further, remember that you are paying for BizX products and services with new sales gained through BizX. Even when the cash price appears to be less, the trade price almost always costs you less because your actual cost is a fraction of the amount charged. Your actual cash cost is (your variable cost or % cost to earn a trade dollar) x (the cost of the goods you wish to purchase) + transaction fees, usually 12%.
