Why should I attend the Clinical Laboratory Technology Program at Rose State College?
The Clinical Laboratory Technology (CLT) Program at Rose State College is the only accredited laboratory program in the metropolitan Oklahoma City area that includes hospital experience as part of the curriculum. Since the first graduating class in 1972, ninety seven percent (97%) of those taking national board exams have passed. Graduates are actively recruited by hospitals and physicians’ office laboratories throughout the state due to the excellent reputation the program has earned. Two options are available based on the student’s needs and recommendation of the Program Director. Program courses (HSCL) should be taken in sequence based on the option chosen One Year Option: Designed for students who have completed all general education and prerequisite science courses. With the recommendation of the Program Director, the student will take all remaining Program courses in one year.
