These dates represent the official hurricane season. If an owner chooses to leave the hurricane shutters open for any period from June 1 through November 30, said owner shall be responsible for any and all storm or hurricane damage to the inside of any unit in the building resulting from blowing wind, rain, and/or wind-driven rain. See Policy No.3.
