Why should ECL testing be consolidated as much as possible?
Consolidated testing will result in fewer exposures of different ECL test forms, thus conserving the integrity of the ECL test. OCONUS test sites should schedule ECL testing at any given site on one day each month, leaving open the option of scheduling a second test that month, if necessary, but never sooner than two weeks after the first test. DLIELC/LECT should be notified of any requirements to test more frequently.
