Why should a person stop eating junk food?
Junk food are normally high in sugar and fats and over consumption is unhealthy and is harmful to the body in the long run. Yes, junk food can be eaten but, in moderation. Excessive intake of sugar and fats can cause many health related problem. Excessive intake of sugar can cause diabetes mellitus aka diabetes for short. Excessive intakes of fat, causes obesity. Apart from that there might be choloesterol build up in the blood vessels which could cause heart related problems like heart attake, stroke in the future. A person shouldn’t completely stop eating junk food as some junk food are also comfort food which helps relieves stress, heartaches and loneliness.
