: We do a lot of shooting at Connecticut Shotgun Mfg. Co. We never go shooting without both of these items. Over time from constant shooting it will affect your ear drums and the glasses are poly-carbonate. If something were to happen while shooting like a ricochet, they will protect your eyes from stray pellets or debris.
