Why Security deposits?
Almost none of our guests are subject to a security penalty charge but you are reminded that you are responsible for any damage, missing items or breakages while staying in the villa. We request that you inform the management company at the time of any damage or accident or as soon as possible afterwards. A decision will be taken at that time if a cost to you will be made. Immediately following the departure of guests the management company inspect the property for any damage or missing items.
