why scientist is not giving desirable effort for a Anti malaria vaccine?

Hi Dr. Hafiz, Currently the major bottleneck for an effective malaria vaccine is stable immunological memory formation. Antibodies are effective against malaria but titers are not maintained and decline quickly. This is one of the reasons people living in malaria endemic regions lose protection against malaria when they move out of endemic regions. Scientists still do not understand how immunological memory is generated against malaria and why this memory declines so quickly. An old approach that generated stable memory in experimental animals was to intravenously inject irradiated sporozoites (the parasite stage injected into human bloodstream by infected mosquito bite). However, the mechanism behind this process is not understood, and the approach is also not feasible in humans. There is, however, a massive global program is underway to develop anti-malaria vaccines (by NIH, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, others). Adrian Hill at Oxford is testing his vaccine which
