Why rent a villa direct from an Owner and not through a travel agent?
For 2 reasons: 1. You know what home you are staying in. There is no allocation on arrival, if you rent via the owner. The owner knows the villa and area well so will be able to give the necessary information, guidance and assistance, if required. 2. You get a personal service. Many owners are flexible and are able to help with reasonable requests such as mid week arrivals and late/early arrival times.
