The Company’s FLDP program has been in place for over 40 years. Graduates hold CFO and Vice President positions throughout the company and include some of Raytheon’s key financial leaders. These alumni are active participants in the program, representing the senior financial team while serving as mentors and advisors to the FLDP participants and conducting technical training sessions. This Financial Leadership team serves as a network for current FLDP participants as they start their careers in the Company. In addition, each small, selective FLDP class works together as a team as they develop their technical expertise and aspire to become members of the Financial Leadership team.
