Why r people telling me I cant keep my public funds wen fiance subject to immigration control?
As a British citizen you are not subject to immigration control. You are 100% right about that. However YOU will be the one sponsoring your husband/fiance, and it is YOUR income they will be looking at. If you receive benefits now, then they are just for you and your children. You will not come close to the required amount needed to support your husband/fiance. Plus if you live in council housing or receive housing benefits, your husband/fiance will not be allowed to share this type of accommodation with you and your kids. It is for YOU not your husband/fiance.
