All ASSC members are committed to quality. Every property listed on this website belongs to an owner or operator who is a member of the Association of Scotland’s Self-Caterers, the official trade organisation for self-catering accommodation in Scotland. Formed in 1978, the ASSC will only accept members committed to high standards of comfort, cleanliness, courtesy and efficiency. The Association was influential in setting up, and continues to be involved in, the operation of the VisitScotland Quality Assurance Scheme.
