Penny Stocks are limited to the cost per stock. They usually run for less than $4 or $5 per stock and can be a lot less. A lot of times they run for less than a dollar a share. The second reason is that you can see a gain or loss within hours. So you can have a very quick return or loss with your money. So why penny stocks, because you can with a small amount of money in a very short period of time make a nice return on your money.
