EZE Rough includes a layout and assembly service that Electrical Distributors do not have. We ship our assemblies ready for installation. We take the Architectural drawings, the Interior/furniture drawings, the Electrical drawings, and the Contractor’s submittals and we create Layout Drawings specifically for your job. These layout drawings show the precise location and elevation of every rough-in box, and the exact length of every branch circuit cable. We prepare one drawing for the boxes and another for the cables. Each box and each cable is given an assembly code to make the plans easy to read and understand. When we build the EZE Rough System assemblies, each rough-in box is assembled so that the ring, support and ground pigtail are in place. The cables are cut to the required length, and the connectors are installed leaving the appropriate length of stripped wires for connections.
