Why OutlookExtract?
We have felt the need to store the e-mail messages extracted in the hard disk or a CD and then be able view and search them easily. One big PST or DBX file has several disadvantages: • They’re fragile, especially as they get big. They get corrupted too easily. • It’s hard to back them up or compact them. They just get bigger and bigger. • They can corrupt easily if you place them on a network drive. • People have a hard time taking the messages with them. • You cannot clean PST files after virus infections.
