Why others dont understand stammering?
True, mostly people dont understand it, reason being lack of knowledge and less study of the subject matter. On the other hand some are very helpful, may be due to some personal experience. Mostly stammerers are labeled, nervous, inferior, stupid. Sometimes others do react in an unhelpful manner, give unhelpful advice and make silly comments, this in turn, makes an individual very self-conscious, and would lose confidence quickly. Just saying, Dont worry what others think or say, Be bold, Be confident, You are not less than others, doesnt work out .. Better take professional advice.
