Los Angles, Feb. 16, 2007 Col. Uday Singh Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who practices in Los Angeles, wrote a prescription for methadone on August 25, 2006, 13 days before Anna Nicole gave birth. Dr. Sandeep Kapoor was by Anna Nicole’s side when she participated in West Hollywood’s Gay Pride Parade back in 2005 Anna Nicole Smith, who was living in the Bahamas, 39, died on Feb. 8 after collapsing at a Florida hotel.
