Why not use last years cards for gift tags?
• Choose presents that are durable and try to avoid too much excess packaging • Save on envelopes and reuse them if they’ve not been sealed. Use gummed labels to readdress them • Clear out old clothes and household textiles before Christmas and take them to the nearest textile bank • Remember to refer to your paper zone calendar and bank holiday collection dates leaflet, for revised collection days over the Christmas and new year period. • Take all extra glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles, tins and cans, paper and cardboard, foil and textiles to your nearest recycling centre, once you have maximised the use from the household recycling collections provided.
