Why not use a business broker?
Many companies will form an entity for you at a minimal fee. This will make you look good on paper as a corporation. What the business brokers may not tell you is how to actually run your business according to corporate rules. They may not tell you what the best structure is for your business. They may not guide you through the issues of corporate governance. They may not provide you with any follow through.
