Why not simply sell as a For Sale By Owner and not use MLSvideo?
Very few homes sell that are not listed in the MLS system and the reason for this is lack of exposure. For Sale By Owner web sites obtain very few buyers as compared to the data entered into the MLS system and displayed on their partner sites. Exceptions to this may be a property that has very high volume traffic and the ability to advertise from a sign post. Even in that case, though, most people will go home and look up your property to obtain more information about it, and not having it listed could be a major limiting factor in obtaining a buyer.
