Why not ship them book rate (3rd class) and get a lower price on postage?

We are shipping the cookbooks from Germany using the APO mail system. Sending anything 3rd class takes 6-8 weeks to be received. Most people do not want to wait an additional 2 months to receive their cookbook(s).
