Why not cut all non-regulatory functions?
For a number of years now, we have been covering the costs of our basic regulatory functions with revenue generated from non-regulatory programs such advertising or affinity programs. These are often misunderstood and seen as fat to be trimmed. Last year, the affinity program alone generated $134,366 in revenue.
