Why no warranty for pre-charged with products?
Reasons:- The finish products is produce through at least 4 parties or process consist of:- • Paint manufacturer • Aerosol pre-charged manufacturer • Aerosol valve manufacturer • Paint dealer (paint filling process) • Among the three categories, paint dealer are the one most exposed to weakness for the responsibility, because they are the one who did the final process where dirt/external particles may had fallen into paint during paint mixing and paint pouring that caused blockage in the aerosol spray valve system. • Paint being used may cause blockage too. Type of pigment being used or the paint manufacturing process may cause some external particles to cause blockage too. Aerosol manufacturing process many encounter some defects too but very unlikely because the whole filling process is enclosed and not exposed. • Aerosol valve many have defects too but very minimal because they mass produced with stringent quality control and sold world wide.
