Why no TBall (Rookie) and Coach Pitch Divisions for Softball?

Spring 2009 is the inaugural season for CNLL Softball and as such, it was determined to limit registrations to the older players at this time. Future years may include the lower divisions, but at this time, only lower divisions of baseball will be offered.
