Why Naturo Joint Health only contains 375mg of Pure Glucosamine per capsule?
The actual net weight per capsule is 500 mg of Glucosamine Sulphate. The actual net weight of the effective Pure Glucosamine is 75% of the total net weight. Thus we declare 75% of the 500mg which is 375 mg. Four capsules of 375 mg is equivalent of the 1,500 mg of the required dosage for a normal adult. If you have joint pains, it is advisable to take 2 capsules two times a day. If after 2 to 3 months when the pains subside, you may just take 2 capsules once daily. As Naturo Joint Health contains pure glucosamine sulphate, to some people, they found just taking 2 capsules daily is also effective for them.
