You have to enable AERO future in windows vista. A) Right click your desktop and click Personalize. B) Select Windows Color and Appearance. C) From the list of color schemes, click Windows Vista Aero. Click OK. But you have a compatible graphic card to use AERO with vista. That mean you need latest drivers from your graphic card vendor, supported windows VISTA. There is a way to by pass the hardware compatibillity and run AERO with any drivers, but you need to edit the registry.
