Why my characters have No moves or Ultimates??

Because you have to BUY the capsules first and then EQUIP them on your characters. You can do this in the Shop and equip them in the Capsule management menu or the character select screen. Other reason can be that your character needs to transform first in order to use these Moves or Ultimates.
