Why must people registered for the Free Electricity program attend a demonstration?
The reason for having the witnesses attend a demonstration is so that we can show the “powers that be” that we have a very large grass roots support base for what we are trying to accomplish. If they believe we have the support of the masses they will leave us alone when we release the technology. If, on the other hand, we should fail to achieve the necessary public awareness that our project needs then our entire objective will be thwarted and the “powers that be” will believe they can get away with doing whatever they want to stop the distribution of the technology. A related point that should be mentioned is that it is critical UCSA have a current mailing address for each person who is registered. When it is time to release the technology, an invitation to attend a demonstration will be sent to the last known mailing address. If the mailing address they have is wrong, the registered person may miss the demonstration and therefore not be eligible to receive free electricity.
