These are used for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Golf Resorts portfolio as follows: Electricity and water Golf cart maintenance & replacement reserve Garden services Housekeeping fees Insurance SABC & DSTV Actual resort levies (paid to the golf estate) Pool maintenance Rates & Taxes Repairs & Maintenance Course Subs Refurbishment provision Refurbishment reserve interior Management fee (on site) Club overheads (publications etc)
