Why must an employer register with Marylands Workforce Exchange System?
Actually, there are several reasons that registration is required. Registration is necessary to insure data integrity. Service is limited to United States employers, employment agencies, or other organizations that have job openings and do not charge job seekers. Registration also puts you in the loop for information or services (should you elect to receive them), especially if you indicate your email address on your registration. For example, you may be invited to participate in a Job Fair, or learn when trained job seekers are available.
