Why must a customer pay for secure deposit? Why not clean credit?
Intercontinental Bank requires that you have a relationship with it before it can issue you a clean credit on your Visa card. This relationship is built by your opening and maintaining an account with us. Within 6 months of maintaining a secured Visa card with us, you might be eligible for clean credit.
