Why might converting a photo fail?

There is a bug in Quicktime that means in some circumstances it may not be possible to create images that contain EXIF information. This could result in previous versions of View MediaPro failing to convert an image if the conversion includes EXIF information. Features in MediaPro that can include EXIF data while converting images include Convert Images Files, HTML Gallery and Send Email. In the current version of iView MediaPro (version 3.1.1 and later) where an image would previously not of been created, because of this problem, this will be detected and an image will be created without the EXIF data. Apple is aware of this bug and hopefully will fix it in a future version of Quicktime.
