Why microwaved water even if superheated do not bubble but splashes dangerously when taken out of oven?
Inside the oven the surrounding pressure is more than water’s vapour pressure…n we take it out then the atmospheric pressure is less in comparison to vapour pressure of water…it happened because inside the oven the water vapour of air also get heated (have very high kinetic energy) and hence more pressure…while on taking out the air is cool n less atm pressure…
