Why local communities, CBOs and NGOs only?
Parallel development in every sector of community requires a strong base of civil society at all levels. Equal distribution of the resources and the benefits increase efficiency of community people. This distribution process should reach to targeted group of people in targeted place reach them in the appropriate time frame, while enabling them to build their capacity for sustainable and viable development economically and socially. At the same time it is important that the local resources should be mobilized and utilized properly.
