Why KCG do not generate automatically the file macro.h?

In the generated code, the file is included in some C files. However this file is not generated automatically by KCG. This behaviour is normal as the file must be provided by users. Macro-instructions for functions passed as parameters are systematically generated. Default prototypes for theses macro-instructions are provided by the Code Generator in the macro_default.h file and all macros are protected against redefinition by #ifndef and #endif directives. User definitions for theses macro-instructions can be provided via user macro files. By default, the file provided by user should include the macro_default.h file.
