Why join the Civil Service Islamic Society?
Your support and membership would ensure that the balanced and moderate Muslim voice is heard in Government. It will provide us with the platform to be able to influence policies and decisions with a view to promoting and protecting the interests of Muslim Civil Servants and the wider Muslim community. Your membership will also provide us with the strength for the Society to be used by Management at Senior Civil Servant (SCS) level and where appropriate by Ministers, to seek guidance and dialogue when framing policies that affect Muslims.
