Why it seems to be impossible to login to the F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper Web Console?
This applies to all the versions of F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper when the Web Console is used with Microsoft Internet Explorer. There are situations where the F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper Web Console returns back to the user name and password prompt after the administrator has already entered them. Typically the reason for this is that the server’s Privacy level has been set to High in the Internet Explorer. The solution is to add the address of the F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper Web Console, https://127.0.0.1:25023/, to the Trusted sites in Internet Explorer 6.0 Security options. This ensures that the F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper Web Console works properly on Windows Server 2003. If you are accessing the Web Console over the network, you must specify the correct IP address instead of the 127.0.0.1 (localhost) address.
