Why isn’t there a way to leave a message if no one answers the toll free number?
Because of the personal nature of most calls to the Registry, we prefer that you talk with one of the Registry staff members when you call. This helps us avoid having your information accidentally retrieved by someone other than the Registry staff. Our phone lines are answered between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays EST. If you are unable to reach us during those times, please try again. We may be serving another person and will respond as soon as possible!
