Why isn there a Movie tab, like the Music tab?
If you are interested in movies, then you can use the Kaleidescape on-screen display to browse your movie library. Of course, you can use the Remotescape Remote tab to control the Kaleidescape on-screen display. The Kaleidescape System does not currently provide a means for external developers to access the movie library the way it does for the music library. In any case, to watch a movie you have to be in front of a TV, so why not use our Remote tab to control the Kaleidescape on-screen display? If you have a specific need to browse your movie library from within Remotescape, please tell us about it and we’ll pass along your request to Kaleidescape.
