For most cases, you do not have the suitable codec installed on your system. Please click here to download Microsoft Windows Media Video 9 VCM ( 678KB ) since WatcherForYouTM products use it to compress Video, if there is no suitable compressor found, it will still record the motion, but the recording file is not compressed.
