If you are using Firefox and installed the browser after you installed RealPlayer, the plugin may not be in the browser plugins folder. Check your browser’s plugin folder for nppl3260.dll and the components folder for nppl3260.xpt. If they are not there, then you will need to install the RealPlayer again or copy this files from the Real player installation folder.
