Why isn the percentage of profitable trades higher?
The need for you to be right the majority of the time, has nothing to do with being profitable in the long term. There are certainly those times when the number of profitable trades compared to losing trades are much higher than what is shown after nearly four years of trade results. Do you want to be right or do you want to be profitable? There is a huge difference between the two. If the the reward to risk ratio is more than 2:1 the system may produce profit even with less than 50% profitable trades.
