Why isn the native camera resolution supported?

SECuRET works in a unique way whereby each frame is compared with the previous frames. To do this quickly and with minimal processing, the images need to be as small as possible. It also needs to be able to capture movements as they happen, and as such, using the ‘normal’ way to take a photo would take too long. SECuRET therefore uses the frames from the camera preview as the photo capture, which is 320 x 240 as default (supported currently by all Android devices with a camera) or the screen resolution (all Android devices support a camera preview size that matches the screen resolution).
