Why isn the current status of the switch ports displayed correctly after launching the PowerConnect Console from IT Assistant?
When launching the PowerConnect Console from IT Assistant, the graphic display that represents the current status of the switch ports may not load properly. To correct this problem, enable the Java console in Internet Explorer. By opening the Internet Options control panel located under Tools in the top menu bar of Internet Explorer, you can click the Advanced tab and scroll to the Microsoft VM section. Click the check box next to Java console enabled (requires restart), and then click OK. Restart Internet Explorer. The graphic display now loads correctly.
