Why isn the content in my NYTimes app being updated?
Content will not be updated while the app is in Offline Mode. To exit Offline Mode, go to the NYTimes iPhone app settings on the right side of the Top News title bar. Under Offline Mode, move the switch to Off. Please note: Offline Mode is available for the iPhone 3G and 3GS only. If the app is not in Offline Mode and your content is not being updated correctly, first try re-syncing as described in “How do I update and sync content?” Note that there may be a slight syncing lag between the article lists and the full article content. You can also reset the application. Go to the iPhone device Settings area (this is different than the settings within the NYTimes app) and select NYTimes. In the Troubleshooting area, move Reset on Next Start to On. All content will then be refreshed upon your next full sync. Caution: if you reset the application, any articles you have saved and any sections or blogs you have added to your Favorites list will be erased. If these steps don’t resolve the probl
