(Added 7/16/04) A: For many people the blue line is easily visible on the black background of the compass, but that might depend on your video setup. Starting in version 2.1.0, there are optional compass windows included in subdirectories which have lighter grey backgrounds that will make the blue line more visible. To use one of the optional compass windows, copy the EQUI_CompassWnd.xml file from the appropriate subdirectory into the main UI directory, overwriting the existing file. A: The UI was designed to be as streamlined as possible, so to save space, most windows have little or no border. The windows with title bars (chat, inventory, etc) are easy to move.
