Why isn the bird audio playing on the bird guide?
In rare cases, the volume in the Kinoma player may have become muted before the bird guide opens. Kinoma then respects that setting and mutes the audio. To check if this is the problem, we recommend you download a sample movie from the Kinoma site to first test if your device is playing audio correctly. From the following link, download and install the Wildlife Waystation 2 clip (normal version): • http://kinoma.com/gallery.html While the sample movie is running, raise the audio level to its maximum by dragging the audio icon at the lower right. Retest the bird guide title. If the problem persists, check our Compatible Device list to make sure your handheld is fully compatible with the bird guide. Note: the Clie’ PEG-N760C handheld does not support audio for this product.
