Program Management Version 2 format program objects were introduced with DFSMS/MVS 1.3, and 1.4 introduced the Program Management Version 3 format. The bind date/time/job items were added to the directory entry with version 2. If you have any program objects bound with pre-DFSMS 1.3 Binders then these fields will not be present for those members. Further, if the program object was copied from a PDS load module then it will be a Version 1 format program object regardless of the level of system software.
