Why isn’t my PowerTap CPU able to pair or find my hub after I updated to ANT+?
Updating your hub to ANT+ requires a new CPU firmware version for full compatibility. Download the latest CPU firmeare from our web site at cycleops.com/firmware. The old device ID (e.g., hub, heart rate, cadence) should be transferred. Note that an updated CPU can “learn” either an old or new hub. An old hub will take longer to learn than a new hub.
